Besides a big deadline at work (main reason for lack of posts), I finally devoted the time necessary to help "encourage" Ava to start using the potty full time...Yippee! This picture was taken a couple of weeks ago, and now I can safely say she is diaper free. We started one weekend about 2 weeks ago switching to panties and then phased out the diapers first at nap times, then at bedtime. There's an occasional accident when she's too busy playing to stop and pee, or once the first night, but not many other times. I can't begin to explain how proud Jeff + I are, what an accomplishment!....for all of us! Oh, and good thing I have extra potty chairs, because little sis is usually right there in the middle of everything, wanting to do whatever big sis does.Saturday, March 29, 2008
What we've been so busy with....

Oh what a classic picture - it's priceless! Little Ava so serious and then Livi smiling with tongue out! I am soooo proud of Ava - and you + Jeff for hanging in there - Ava will test you a lot - but she's so smart - she just has to be on her own time-table! Life does get easier - Ava will surely teach Livi "the ropes"! Can't wait to see you all - Me-You
