Happy Birthday Me-You!

Last weekend I took the girls to Indiana to see my parents, Lisa + Andy, and my grandmother. We celebrated Thanksgiving early since we would all be busy on the actual holiday, and it was my mom's birthday too. It was 29 degrees when we landed.....ahhh! I thought I missed the cold around the holidays. I changed my mind; sorry for the bitching mom, dad + lis.

And guess who we saw at the mall!..Santa! (Livi was sleeping, but somehow I doubt she will be as excited to meet him as sis).
Aunt Lisa also arranged for us to see some horses up close at the barn she goes to....awesome! Ava was a little cautious, but Liv wiggled out of grandpa's arms to run after the dogs & horses. No fear in her.

I went to San Francisco for work; 2 nights away, the longest yet away from the girls. Granny + Papa came to stay with them + Daddy. Not much to report, I wasn't gone long enough for any major heartache; the girls seemed to do fine, but I sure missed them. Next up, the recap of our trip to Indiana to visit my family.
