Snow Day - Part 2

Yesterday it snowed again, so we decided to take Ava out with the sled she got from Santa. She may not like to stand in the snow, or touch it, but she did seem to like the sledding!

Pigtails

Ava's got a new "do"!! Thanks to her parents she has very thin hair, but it's finally long enough for "pigtails". Actually we call them ponytails, but Aunt Lisa informed her yesterday that they were too little to be called "ponytails", so they're just pigtails for now.

Snow Day

We woke up to our first real snow fall on Tuesday morning, which is a bit odd that it was this late in the season. Ava was excited to look at the snow, or what she calls "noise". ??? Anyway, I thought it would be a good time to try out her new snow suit from Granny & Papa before heading to play group. She jabbered about the "noise" while I got her dressed. However, she was not too thrilled to get too close to the snow..... We'll try again next snow fall.

Cool Cat

The only video we took on vacation was on the ride home. This is the first time we captured her with sunglasses, and usually when we call her a "cool cat" she responds with, "meow". Although we did not get the response this time, still pretty cute.

Christmas Vacation

Finally, here are the pictures from our vacation in Florida. Ava learned so many new words over the week and half too...most notably, "Beach!" Enjoy!

Christmas with the Grandparents! (Part One)

Ava on Christmas morning at our house with Granny & Papa. Santa brought her a little kitchen; she really enjoyed it! Family and friends were very generous, thank you to everyone for the gifts.
